Alexis Rieli is one of many Seniors at Apopka High school. With her hard work and dedication, she was able to meet the goals she set for herself as a student and an athlete. Not only did she enjoy being on a sports team at Apopka, but she was also able to commit herself as a future player for college! Alexis has, and always will, strive for success.

Describe to your best ability what it’s like to be a student at Apopka.

Being a student at Apopka High School is very memorable. I met people and teachers who are great and make school easier. They show major support with students pushing them to be better.

What is it like being on the golf team?

Being on the golf team is something I will never forget. Every year the team was fun to hang out and play golf with. I made a lot of amazing memories with each player.

How do you feel knowing that you qualified for states?

Knowing I qualified for states made me feel very accomplished because that’s all I worked towards this season. I knew all I wanted was to go to states to finish off my last year playing high school golf.

What are some of your biggest accomplishments from this year?

My biggest accomplishment was at regionals. I lowered my score from last year by 5 strokes and played that course very well.

Any plans after high school?

My plan after high school is to play college golf at Daytona state and study somewhere in the medical field.

As her final year of high school passes, Alexis will continue to keep moving forward and have the strong mindset that has brought her to where she is today. Wherever life may take her, there is no doubt that she will be the best version of herself and continue to work hard and play harder.
