The Man, the Myth, the Legend, Coach Deon
Coach Deon is the security guard for the student parking lot here at Apopka High School. Besides that, he also helps coach our football and girls lacrosse teams. If you ask anyone on campus who knows coach Deon what his most prized possession is they would probably say his car. But, he also values his family and friendships, as well. As a staff member, Deon makes sure that the students here at Apopka High School are cared for and safe at all school day hours. So much so that he was awarded Support Person of the Year in 2017.
